From the blackboard my husband orders guinea fowl breast stuffed with mushrooms, sage, dolcelatte cheese and red wine sauce. It's all just as lovely as the setting. Equally good are the light raspberry marbled cheesecake with a raspberry coulis and the tiramisu!
